The terms and conditions for using the eaglecast tv IPTV service and your iptv subscription plan
These terms of service apply to every offer from EagleCast TV and to every agreement between EagleCast TV and a customer. By using our eaglecast iptv service, you agree to these terms. Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
EagleCast TV provides an IPTV service with access to live television channels and video-on-demand (VOD) content. The availability of EagleCast TV channels and content may vary and depends on licenses, technical conditions, and changes by content providers. We do our best to guarantee the best possible quality and availability, but cannot guarantee 100% availability for eaglecasttv.
We offer the following subscription options for eaglecast:
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees or installation costs for your iptv subscription plan. Each subscription includes credentials for 1 device. For multiple devices, purchase additional subscriptions.
Payment must be made in advance via one of our offered payment methods: Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), PayPal, or Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin). After receiving payment, your eaglecast tv subscription will be activated within 5 minutes. You will receive an invoice via email. We do not use automatic billing; you only pay when you actively renew your iptv subscription plan.

EagleCast TV offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. Not satisfied with our eaglecasttv service? Get your money back within 7 days of purchase. Subscriptions are entered into for the chosen duration and automatically expire after the period ends. There is no automatic renewal. You can renew your iptv subscription plan via WhatsApp. You will receive a reminder via WhatsApp before your subscription ends.
You may only use the EagleCast TV service for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing login credentials with third parties outside your household is not permitted. The number of simultaneous streams is limited to the number of subscriptions you have purchased for eaglecast iptv. Misuse of the service (such as sharing accounts, commercial use, or redistributing content) may lead to immediate termination of the subscription without refund.
EagleCast TV provides 24/7 technical support via WhatsApp. We help you with installation, problems, and questions about EagleCast TV channels. We strive for a response time within 5 minutes during business hours (9:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST) and within 2 hours outside business hours. Support is available in English.
We strive for 99.9% availability of our eaglecast service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance via WhatsApp. Unforeseen outages will be resolved as quickly as possible. We accept no liability for temporary unavailability due to force majeure, internet outages, or problems with third parties.
EagleCast TV is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, or damages from loss of data. Total liability is limited to the amount the customer has paid to EagleCast TV in the 12 months prior to the damage. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.
EagleCast TV is not required to fulfill any obligation if prevented by circumstances beyond its control and not attributable to its fault under law, legal action, or common practice. Force majeure includes: power outages, internet outages, DDoS attacks, government measures, and supplier problems.
All intellectual property rights relating to the service, including but not limited to software, logos, texts, and images, belong to EagleCast TV or its licensors. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or use these materials without prior written permission.
EagleCast TV reserves the right to change these terms. Changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via WhatsApp or email. If you do not agree to the changes, you may choose not to renew your iptv subscription plan. Your existing subscription will remain under the old terms until the end of the current period.
These terms of service and all agreements between EagleCast TV and the customer are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where EagleCast TV operates. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court, unless the law dictates otherwise.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a provision that approximates the original intent as closely as possible.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between EagleCast TV and the customer regarding the use of our service. Any previous agreements, whether written or oral, are superseded by these terms.
